A 58 year old gent. Have been a Christian for 45 years and part of SWLV for 13 years. Relaxed, friendly, assertive and considerate. Principal in local professional services firm. Seldom back until 9.30 pm. Generally go to bed by 11.00 pm to ensure that myself and anyone else living with me have a good night's sleep.

Have a good sense of humour and am an extrovert. Interested in current affairs. Have musical interests. Have taken on a 12 months' tenancy (which I hope will be renewed). Important to me that any lodger(s) will have a responsible attitude towards keeping the flat reasonably tidy, eg cleaning it once a week.
