I am a calm, friendly and creative 24 year old who has been living in York for the past two years. I attend The Belfrey Church in the city centre, and work as a volunteer as part of a Belfrey Church ministry called York House of Prayer (previously known as St Cuthbert's House of Prayer), in which our team gathers twice a week to pray, worship and intercede for the city of York. I also attend a weekly Belfrey staff gathering (involving staff across various church ministries) and attend one of the church services held on a Sunday. I also enjoy working in the city centre on a part time basis in a luxury clothes shop as a Sales Advisor, where I can be found talking to our customers about a shared passion for linen. Outside of work and Church ministry I enjoy my ongoing passion for dance, clothing and interior styling - I am currently attending a beginners sewing workshop. A more recent discovery is my love of song writing. Being on the House of Prayer team, I have access to the building at any point to pray and worship, so throughout the week I enjoy spending time sitting with The Lord and ministering to Him. I also enjoy spending time with friends, where we can be found cooking, enjoying a walk, pottering in a charity shop, chatting over a cup of tea, praying and worshipping together.
