This is the only double-fronted property on the street and has very spacious rooms.

Excellent location for all the shops along County Road. Heron Foods is practically outside the house at the top of the road. The bus-stop into town is a 70m walk around the corner outside Subway. Kirkdale station is a 10 min walk, approximately half a mile away. If you're a "Blue", Goodison Park is a 4 min walk. The house is opposite a Methodist Church (if that applies to you!)

There is a large shared kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large dining table that can seat 6 people around.
