Short term, long term. Now available from early November.
The rent is £650 for the single room or £850 for the double room (only one room available)
You will be able to use everything in the kitchen which is fully equipped and I can provide duvet and bedsheets if needed.
Bills include council tax, water, internet, TV - electricity and gas paid separately as they are paid using a top up service.
For short term rent eg a week or a few days there would be a different arrangement.

The flat is in a very good area, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to Queen's Park station on the Bakerloo line, 15 min to Oxford circus and the overground takes you to Euston in less than 10 min. There is a bus at the end of the street which takes you to Baker Street in 15min. I usually walk or take the bus and it's fast and easy.
The room on offer is a single with single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a small desk if needed. It is at the end of the flat towards the garden so very quiet.
Available short term or long. If you are just arriving in London I can help with setting things up here.
My ideal flat share is a community where people have time to listen to each other and make each other feel at home. I like cooking for friends and having a good chat over a meal or play games...you would be included in those if you wanted to. (but they don't happen too often). However, it is a quiet, peaceful place.
I love company but also peace and quiet - you don't need to be a complete extrovert to enjoy community!

Hi - the double room in the flat is available now short term. Please contact me for details. Dates are around 1st November with some flexibility. Only one more flatmate. Ideal for someone moving to London using this as a starting point while viewing more permanent option.

I am originally a teacher from Hungary but have lived in London for over 10 years. I have worked in church work over the past 8 years. I also have a part time job as practice manager on Harley Street but work part time from home.
I love cooking and baking for and hosting people, chatting and sharing life, playing games, studying the Bible together... I also love walking in the countryside and cycling (I try to cycle in London as much as possible rather than taking the tube).
