It's a lovely, spacious, detached house in a tranquil cul-de-sac north of Roath Park. The house has been refurbished and is surrounded by greenery despite being only a 10 minute drive to town. It doesn't take too long to walk to Roath Park, Heath Park or Llanishen Reservoir.
The house is located approximately 3 minutes walk from a bus stop that goes direct to town and approx. 5 minute walk to the train station that takes 10 minutes to reach Queen Street station. It is in a great location to main roads too; it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the A48 towards Newport and a similar time to reach the A470 and it's not much more to reach the M4 by car. There is on-street parking with no need for permits. The neighbours are really friendly and there's a lovely sense of community here. The house is a shortish walk from a convenience shop and cafe that does great breakfasts and smoothies. There are supermarkets within walking/short driving distance.
The house has three reception rooms (large living room, dining room and attached sitting room), a well-equipped kitchen (great if you love to cook!) with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a separate utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), an upstairs bathroom with shower and downstairs toilet. Each of the available rooms have carpet, and new furniture - including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and a tv ariel socket, electrical sockets, and a mirror. There is space to work if needed (desk on upstairs landing and a large dining table). There is a bike shed and a lovely garden with garden furniture that's ideal for outdoor coffee/breakfast, and a BBQ.
The monthly rent includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Internet and Phone Line, cleaner and gardener.
