Great two floor apartment just off of the King's Rd in Chelsea with a small outdoor terrace area with chairs and a table which works well as a sun trap in the summer.
The design is open plan lounge diner and fairly spacious.
The bedroom available is on the smaller side but has a double bed and a small walk in style wardrobe.
The flat has been upgraded with fresh paint on the hall halls, bedrooms, power shower and interior glazing to almost completely eliminate any noise from the Kings Rd.
There are plenty of local amenities on our doorstep, great bars, restaurants, a cinema around a 5 mins walk away, as well as a Virgin and Anytime Fitness gym.
Local Supermarkets: Large Co Op 2min walk, Tesco Metro, Sainsbury's and M&S 5 mins walk, Waitrose 10 mins.
The river can just be seen from the windows and is a 2 min walk away, with access to a couple of riverside parks and the famous 606 Jazz Club, as well as a tonne of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Battersea Park is also a 5 min jog away with an outdoor gym if you're fitness keen!
Nearest tubes are Gloucester Rd and Fulham Broadway. Both are a 3 minute ride on the local Santander Bikes or a 12 min walk.
Victoria is a 5 min Uber ride and perfect for getting to Gatwick Airport.

The culture of the flat is that of a clean and tidy but chilled vibe.
We keep the noise down after 10pm and before 8am, to respect each other's sleep.
We have a shared rota, to help keep the place nice. Small things, like taking it in turns to clear the bins, do the bathroom etc. However it is also possible to employ a cleaner if you'd rather that option.
