More about the accommodation:
A very pleasant medium sized study bedroom ( 4.1 x 2.6m ) for one person is available in my house. The room faces the rear of the property and looks over the garden - so is quiet for studying or just enjoying the relaxing space. The room is similar to the one pictured. We are within five minutes walk of late night shops, library, and a major leisurey/sports centre with large swimming pool, and two parks. I am due to be going to France 3-11 August so Peter, my lodger, can arrange a viewing on 07307 541144 after 7.00 pm.
This relaxing house has comfortable areas for you to be sociable: a lounge, dining room, and kitchen; with landline, Cable TV, Broad Band, up graded central heating and double glazing, microwave and a washing machine. It has both a bathroom and a shower room ( so no queuing in the morning!). I would be happy for it to be used for house groups and Bible studies. I would be happy for a short term let.
We are in North West London within 5 minutes walk of Harrow and Wealdstone Station ( Band 5 ) on the Bakerloo line and other high speed rail links to Euston (14 minutes) and to Shepherds Bush, Kensington Olympia / West Brompton (20 minutes ). It is also handy for Watford and Wembley, and is only a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on -the Hill Metropolitan Line with direct trains to the City, Marylebone, and elsewhere. If you have a cycle it can be stored in the garden.
The rent is £420 per month plus £105.00 for share of bills. I would ask for a deposit and a reference ( preferably from a leader in your church or fellowship ). Currently the household comprises Stephen, Peter, Jordan, and myself. I am looking for someone else to share my comfortable house.
