House has all modern conveniences. There is an outdoor patio on the ground floor plus a communal roof terrace on the second floor at the rear. Each floor has a bathroom, so three in total.

We currently have three female professionals living in the house. We have always had a positive but laid-back Christian ethos in the house and would like to preserve that dynamic (although one of the current housemates isn't a Christian, FYI).
