The flat is in a very quiet street just between Acton and Chiswick, in West London and is surrounded by 2 parks. It is on the second floor and has an amazing view on the park. The street going to the flat is a dead-end street full of trees and flowers. To share are a living room, a kitchen and bathroom. There is 1 adorable cat living in the flat.

The room is not very big but clean, quiet and cosy. Very good quality mattress (Tempur) and all necessities like duvet/pillow, clothe dryer, iron/small iron board, electrical cords provided. Plenty of cookware available. The water for shower/bath is filtered.

The flat is 7 minutes’ walk from Acton central station which is an overground station and trains are going up to Richmond and Stratford through Willesden junction. The nearest underground stations are East Acton (zone 2), Acton town or Turnham Green. Buses (207, 607, 266 and more) go to Ealing Broadway, Shepherd's Bush or Hammersmith within 10/15 minutes.

The renting price is covering all Bills: Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, Water, phone and internet. Cost doesn't include shared household items eg loo rolls, bin bags, dish soap etc. If you are working from home, the rent will need to increase a bit to reflect increased use of heating & electricity, especially during Winter months.

I work a lot and like to cook healthy food and practice a few sportive activities like tennis, cycling and like to walk a lot. I am going to my local church in Chiswick a few times a week for courses, prayers meetings or Sunday service.

I am French and have already spent 14 years in England. I am quiet, very easy going, quite sociable but also like to have time for myself.
