The house has three floors and the top floor is rented out. There are three double bedrooms available. There is a kitchen and bathroom on the top floor and so it is quite separate to the rest of the house. We live on the ground and first floor, a family with three children and a labradoodle dog who stays downstairs. There is a large garden we all share.
