Forest Gate station is 12 minutes from Liverpool Street by train which run every 10 minutes from about 5am to nearly 1pm. Stratford including Westfield shopping centre is 4 minutes away by train and 25 minutes walking. The number 25 bus runs all night to central London and stops 100 metres from the flat. At Stratford you can also pick up the Dlr to Canary Wharf, central line, jubilee line, overground to Hackney and other areas and trains to Essex.

A lovely kind clean and calm lady from St Lucia and her two children who are 7 years and 4 years old boys. She is a full time mum who plans to start work as a seamstress
We live in the flat below. We are a married couple with a 10 year old boy and a 6 year old girl and adult foster boys. We are very people focused and love hosting friends and cooking. Since our flat is so close to the upstairs flat we consider that the two flats form one community. We try to create a warm and caring environment and look out for each other.
This flat would be best suited to someone who is generous spirited and enjoys meeting new people and who sees children as a joy. That said the house and garden are large and it's possible to find as much privacy as you like in your own room and there are no expectation to join in with the wider household unless you want to. You are be required to complete the forms for a dbs check at the same time as signing your tenancy.
