We have comfortable small double room in a family home, in a modern house on a quiet Beckenham residential road, bills included, wifi available, close to shops, buses, trains and trams. Garden, washing machine, roof patio, close to parks, hospital and local shops.

Beckenham has excellent transport links from Beckenham Junction, Eden Park and Elmers Ends stations (20 mintues to Victoria, 25 to London Bridge) and Elmers End and Beckenham Junction being the nearest tram stops, (destination East Croydon/Wimbledon). There are also several buses which can be accessed within a 5 minute walk.

The house is fully furnished with modern comfortable furniture and is well equipped with washing machine, widescreen tv, Sky TV and wireless internet access. Council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband are all included in the rent. The room is close to the ground floor bathroom which is predominantly used by the person staying in this room, as there are three bathrooms in the house. There is also access to a shared lounge.

There is a good variety of churches, shops, restaurants and of leisure facilities close by, and Beckenham is a very accessible area, with lots of parks, a local cinema and plenty of other outdoor activities.

We are a professional couple who love God and who are active in church and community. Our two sons are 15 and 17 and are both great boys very involved in church, school and sport. We have had many Christians, both students and professionals stay with us in the past, from the UK, Germany, Canada, Japan and Ghana.

We have an independent household where individuals lead their own lives but also have the comfort and reassurance of knowing that they are staying in a safe neighbourhood and in a Christian household.
