Our tenant of two years has to return to Canada so currently available: Double room 3.68 Metres x 2.43 Metres/12 feet x 8' feet, large single bed, large fitted wardrobe, £450 pcm including bills.
The room is bright and clean with a large single divan bed that has sliding draws.
There is a large amount of wardrobe storage space for convenience with plenty of plug sockets and a USB socket.
The bed is strong sturdy with a high quality mattress.
The Bathroom is bright spacious and clean with good shower pressure that is shared with Mark, Joanna and baby Moses who are tidy and clean. The room that is occupied has its own En-Suite bathroom so this person does not have use of this bathroom .
You will have will have your own personal large bathroom wall cabinet with mirrors and additional shelf space in a large bathroom cupboard for toilet rolls etc plus shelf space in the shower area for daily toiletries etc.
The property is fitted with all mod cons. and high spec appliances in the Kitchen and front room etc.
In the kitchen you will have plenty of your own personal wall cupboard space, base cupboard space and several shelves in the Kitchen plus fridge and freezer space. Separate personal cutlery is provided plus use of shared crockery, cooking utensils, juicers, blender etc.
There is plenty of hanging space to dry clothes in the airing cupboard in the hallway.

The home owners Mark and Joanna husband and wife from the UK and the USA
and have eighteen month old baby boy called Moshe(Moses)
Mark is from London and is a Hairstylist from who became a Christian in 2000 at HTB. Joanna is from North Carolina and works as a Project Manager for CBR which is a non profit Christian Founded organisation.
Mark is from an Evangelical, Pentecostal Christian background, Joanna is from a Conservative Presbyterian background but we welcome people of all Christian and ethnic backgrounds and professions.
The home is clean and tidy with a calm presence of peace.
Coming from London Mark knows the City well so can hopefully point anyone new to the capital in the right direction?
Mark and Joanna like to keep connected with many Churches and to what is happening in the Church Worldwide.
The third bedroom that has it own En-Suite bathroom has been recently occupied by a 28 year old Christian woman from the US that has come to London to study for 12 months.
